Join other expectant parents as you learn deep relaxation techniques for a calm, peaceful pregnancy and instinctive birth experience. This class series dispels myths, reduces fear and anxiety, and promotes a joyful expectancy for the upcoming birth of your baby. Classes are limited to 3 couples and are filled on a first come, first served basis.
This series consists of 5 classes that meet once a week for 5 consecutive weeks. Textbook, parent handout and resource binder, and audio relaxation tracks included.
